Cooking destroys the vital and essential nutrients that we need to stay healthy; however, eating raw food does the opposite. Raw food provides us with more energy, more mental focus, and eases daily pains and aches. Eating at least 80% raw food will feed your body with what it needs to thrive and not just survive.

Our bodies require the building blocks such as enzymes, vitamins, minerals, essential fats, phytonutrients, proteins, and fiber to function effectively.

These are all provided by raw foods and are involved in the growth, maintenance, and repair of the body.

Cooking destroys almost all enzymes, vitamins and phytonutrients which are essential to our health. For example, enzymes are responsible for converting food we eat into chemical structures that are smoothly passed through the membranes of the digestive tract and into blood stream. Vitamins are essential for our cell to function properly. Vitamins help to convert fat and carbohydrates into energy, they assist in forming bone and tissue, and help regulate metabolism. Phytonutrients have been researched heavily on their nutritional value and benefits. Phytonutrients protect the body and helps to fight diseases. They help to fight cancer, are good for your heart, and provide a remedy for cell health. For all these reasons it makes sense that raw food provides us with what we need for our health and wellbeing.
